Flood waters cover a field at Hoffman’s Mill, located on Hoffman Mill Road between Lemay and Mulberry Street. In 1904, a wall of water nearly 14 feet high poured down the Poudre Canyon, spreading out and sweeping away everything in its path. Flood waters covered North College to a depth of 5 feet.
